Terms of Use

This is the agreement between you, the person who installs Tuzik AI, and us, the makers of Tuzik AI. Install the app and you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the app.
1. Who may use Tuzik AI
An adult installs Tuzik AI, sets it up and stays responsible for it. Children use the app under the supervision of that adult. If you are under 18, ask a parent to agree to these terms for you.
2. What we give you
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Tuzik AI on devices you own or control. The app, the mascot, the artwork and the software stay ours. You may not copy the app, sell it, take it apart, or use it to build a competing service.
3. Plans and purchases
- The free plan includes a small number of pictures and minutes of talk with Tuzik, once.
- A plan gives a set number of new pictures (lessons) and minutes of talk with Tuzik in each period. Unused pictures and minutes of a period do not carry over.
- Picture packs are one-time purchases. They never expire and do not renew. The app uses plan pictures first.
- Every purchase runs through your Apple Account. We never see your card.
- A plan renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown before you confirm, unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- You manage and cancel a plan in the Settings app of your device, under your Apple Account. Deleting Tuzik AI does not cancel a plan.
- Pictures and minutes have no cash value.
4. Refunds
Apple handles all payments and refunds for App Store purchases. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund ourselves, but write to us and we help you with the request.
5. AI makes mistakes
Tuzik AI uses AI models to draw pictures, make guides and talk. A model can draw a wrong detail or say something that is not true. Treat the guides and the talk as help with drawing, not as teaching material, medical advice or safety instructions. Stay close when a young child draws, and keep sharp tools and the glass used for AR tracing safe.
6. Your drawings and ideas
Drawings you make on paper and photos you take stay yours. To make a lesson, the app sends your idea, and a photo if you pick one, to model providers, as the Privacy Policy describes. The lesson pictures the app draws for you may be kept and, after we review them, shown to other artists in Inspiration. You give us permission to do that. We claim no ownership of your own art, and we do not use it to train models.
7. Fair use
Do not use Tuzik AI to make content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or harmful to a child. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission. Do not try to break the app, overload the service or extract the model prompts. We can suspend access if this happens.
8. The service can change
Tuzik AI depends on services from other companies, and on models that get replaced. Features can change or disappear. If we stop the service completely, we say so in the app and on this site before it happens.
9. No warranty, and limits on liability
Tuzik AI comes as it is. We do not promise that it works without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Apple
Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the app. Apple has no duty to give you support for Tuzik AI. If the app fails to match this document, tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app. The standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where these terms say nothing.
11. Changes to these terms
We update this page when the terms change and change the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
